The PJI Facilitator Training Program is a cohort-based experience designed to support potential facilitators on the path to becoming a certified PJI Facilitator. Along the way, participants are immersed in the philosophy and methods foundational to creating inclusive and engaging PJI workshops. PJI believes powerful facilitation involves cultivating authenticity of the heart and mind as well as a deep commitment to building community, interdependence, and a culture of self-reflection.
Each level of training (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3) is a cohort experience and includes theoretical, practical, and historical readings; teaching demonstrations; reflective practices; and curriculum analysis. Each level has co-requisites that can be completed prior to, during, or after each level.
This hybrid program (virtual and in-person) is a four-session cohort experience over seven weeks. Over this time, you will be immersed in PJI philosophy and methodology, learning the basic principles and practices that make PJI workshops inclusive and engaging. You will also be supported in learning to bring your authentic self to the work of community building.

Level 1

Level One

Level Two
Session Dates: January 25, 2025 (in-person in Orlando, FL), February 8, 2025 (Zoom), February 22, 2025 (Zoom),and March 8 (in-person in Orlando, FL)
Session Times: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Location: In-person and over Zoom (Location information, the Zoom access link, and other course details will be sent to you via email after you register.)
Please note that there is a prerequisite to complete Level 1 before entering Level 2. Additionally, attendance at all sessions is required for completion.
If interested, we ask that you complete the application at the link above as soon as possible. You will be notified of your acceptance into the program by December 30, 2025, and at that time will be asked to register and pay.
