Prescription For Healing and Wellbeing

Resource Guide

This resource guide is a living “prescription” for healing and holistic wellbeing, grounded in the Peace and Justice Institute’s belief that inner work leads to outward change. Curated by community members of the Resilience Network, the guide brings together scientifically supported tools and practices across key areas of wellbeing—mental health, movement, mindfulness, nutrition, nature, supportive relationships, and rest. These resources reflect both research and lived experience, offering daily practices that nurture resilience, peace, and personal transformation for individuals and communities alike.
