Orlando Speaks is a community workshop designed to encourage dialogue between citizens of the City of Orlando and Police Officers with the goal of enhancing our community policing initiative.
Dozens packed a police meeting Tuesday night at the Citrus Bowl. The meeting comes in the wake of excessive force allegations against the police department. Officers and residents discussed several issues during the course of the meeting.
